For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

maco4d's platform is designed for and primarily used by adult players in Indonesia, with particular coverage across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, Bali, and Makassar. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that ensures it can no longer be attributed to an identifiable individual. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytics purposes.

maco4d is an internationally operated platform. Your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions outside Indonesia — including the jurisdiction in which maco4d holds its gaming licence and the locations of our cloud infrastructure and Data Processor partners.

While maco4d takes all reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is entirely immune to risk. You also play an important role in keeping your account secure: use a strong, unique password; do not share your credentials with anyone; log out of your session when using shared devices; and notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

maco4d does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a minor, we will immediately suspend that account, void all associated transactions, and securely delete all Personal Data associated with it.

maco4d uses both self-declaration (date of birth at registration) and documentary verification (KYC) to enforce the age restriction. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent this control is a breach of our Terms & Conditions and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

maco4d reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, Platform features, or applicable legal requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any section, or updates to reflect new Data Processor relationships with equivalent safeguards — may take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure before the revised Policy takes effect.
