In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the maco4d website accessible at https://maco4d.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any applications operated by maco4d.
• "We", "Us", "Our", "maco4d" — refers to the internationally licensed entity that owns and operates the maco4d Platform.
• "You", "User", "Player", "Member" — refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, including all associated balances, betting history, and personal data.
• "Balance" — refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including pending withdrawals but excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any non-cashable or conditionally cashable promotional credit, free bet token, or reload bonus credited to a Player's Account.
• "KYC" — stands for Know Your Customer; refers to the identity verification procedures maco4d applies to confirm the identity, age, and payment details of Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total betting volume (expressed as a multiple of a bonus amount) that must be completed before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the sole currency accepted on the maco4d Platform.
• "Prohibited Activities" — refers to the conduct described in Clause 7 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, and automated betting.

To register an Account on maco4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for so long as your Account remains active:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform in your personal capacity.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. maco4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.
4. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using offshore online gambling platforms has been explicitly criminalised by statute applicable to the individual user (as distinct from the operator).
5. You must not be self-excluded from maco4d or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of maco4d or any of its technology or platform partners.

By completing the registration process and clicking "I Agree" (or an equivalent confirmation), you represent and warrant to maco4d that all of the above eligibility criteria are satisfied. maco4d relies on this representation in permitting you access to the Platform.

If maco4d subsequently determines that any eligibility criterion was not satisfied at the time of registration, or has ceased to be satisfied at any point during the life of your Account, maco4d reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, void all pending bets, and forfeit any Bonus Funds. Real-money balances derived from legitimate play prior to the discovery of ineligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the maco4d Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. maco4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain this confidentiality. You must notify maco4d immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

maco4d operates a mandatory KYC process. All Accounts are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals may be processed. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of linked bank account or e-wallet in the Player's name)
• Any additional documentation requested by maco4d's compliance team in fulfilment of its AML/CTF obligations

Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days of initial deposit will be restricted from further withdrawal activity until KYC is completed. maco4d reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence measures to accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns.

maco4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All Account balances, betting markets, and transactions are denominated in IDR. No foreign currency conversion is offered or implied.

Supported Deposit Channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by channel and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests for verified Accounts are processed within an average of five minutes during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the next available window. maco4d does not guarantee processing times during peak periods, major Indonesian public holidays, or in cases where additional verification is required.

Withdrawal Method Matching: For fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals will only be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the Player's most recent deposit was received. maco4d reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above a threshold determined by our compliance team.

Failed or Disputed Transactions: Players who initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of a deposit through their bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting maco4d support will be in breach of these Terms. The full disputed amount, plus any associated handling fees incurred by maco4d, will be recovered from the Player's Account balance. Accounts subject to active chargeback proceedings will be suspended pending resolution.

maco4d offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and the general provisions set out in this clause.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total volume of real-money bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.

Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Sports betting markets, live dealer table games, and slot titles may contribute at different rates. The applicable contribution schedule is published on each promotion page and updated periodically. maco4d reserves the right to update contribution rates with reasonable notice.

Bonus Abuse: maco4d employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a bonus payout, exploiting software errors or loopholes, and systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine participation in the game. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, maco4d reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses and winnings, and to permanently close the Account.

1. Bonuses are credited to Accounts in IDR and are non-transferable between accounts.
2. Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe stated on the promotion page (typically 7–30 days).
3. Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
4. maco4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with changes taking effect from the date of notice.
5. Players who have previously requested self-exclusion are not eligible for promotional bonuses during or after any active self-exclusion period.

maco4d offers betting markets across sports, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets including mix parlay (accumulator bets), and other game verticals. The specific rules governing each game type or betting market are published in the relevant help section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only considered accepted once maco4d's system has confirmed it and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the Player. In the event of a technical error that prevents confirmation, the bet will be deemed void and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.

Odds & Market Suspension: maco4d reserves the right to suspend any betting market, alter odds, or void bets at any time where: (a) a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered; (b) maco4d has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the event has been compromised; or (c) an odds error has occurred due to a technical or human error that results in manifestly incorrect pricing.

Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per market category. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting page. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout will have the accepted stake proportionally reduced to comply with the limit. maco4d will notify the Player if a stake reduction has been applied.

Live Betting: In-play or live betting markets are subject to additional latency and feed-dependency conditions. maco4d will not be responsible for odds discrepancies arising from broadcast delays. All live bets are subject to final validation against our data feed provider's official event record.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the maco4d Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the below will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money and bonus balances), and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Registering more than one Account, or allowing a third party to register or operate an Account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any IP masking technology to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions or to obscure your true location.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Colluding with other Players in any live card game, poker variant, or any other game where such collusion would confer an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or the Platform itself for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error are not legitimate and will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime.

All content on the maco4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, trademarks, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of maco4d or its licensed third-party suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

maco4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; (b) reverse-engineer or decompile any software component of the Platform; (c) frame or scrape any part of the Platform for commercial purposes; or (d) use maco4d's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

Game content delivered via Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other studio partners remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to maco4d for delivery to Players. Your right to access such game content is contingent on your compliance with these Terms and terminates immediately upon Account closure.

maco4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

maco4d will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maco4d's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

maco4d shall not be liable for any of the following, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, maintenance downtime, or technical errors outside maco4d's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate odds, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform due to third-party data feed errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit maco4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss. maco4d does not guarantee any return on any bet or wager. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and at your own financial risk. Voluntary Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting maco4d support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, maco4d will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment method before closing the Account. Accounts with active self-exclusion requests will be closed immediately with withdrawal of real-money balance processed within five business days.

Involuntary Suspension or Closure: maco4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is detected or suspected.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• maco4d is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The Player's jurisdiction has enacted new legislation that prohibits continued service.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, maco4d reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in that Account, including both real-money and Bonus Funds. maco4d will provide written notification of the reason for closure to the email address registered on the Account, to the extent permitted by applicable law and our compliance obligations.

maco4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates required by law) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

maco4d recommends that all Players bookmark this page and review it periodically to stay informed of the current Terms. The version of the Terms applicable to any dispute is the version in effect at the time the relevant event or transaction occurred.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which maco4d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law applicable in your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with the nearest valid equivalent that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.

maco4d makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players who access the Platform from outside its intended markets do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
